Vervotech Subscription and Refund Policy

Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable

  • Subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • The subscription fee once paid is not eligible for a refund, except when Vervotech is in breach of the terms of the contract.

Example: If a customer pays the subscription fee for one year and wants to cancel it after 7 months, no refund will be provided.

Automated Subscription Billing

For automated subscription billing (when the Customer provides a credit or debit card):

  • The Customer’s card will be charged automatically at every renewal date (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • The Customer must provide explicit email intimation to Vervotech if they do not want to renew.
  • An intimation after the card is charged will not entitle the Customer to a refund. 

Breach by Vervotech

In case of any breach by Vervotech:

  • The Customer shall serve a 30-day notice to Vervotech to rectify the breach.
  • If Vervotech is unable to rectify the breach within 30 days from the date of notice, the Customer has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
  • The Customer will be entitled to a refund for the unused term (the unused term includes the 30-day notice period). 

Example: If a customer signs up and pays for 1 year and serves the notice of breach after 7 months, resulting in termination after 30 days, the Customer will get a refund for 5 months.

Policy Changes

  • This policy is subject to change at Vervotech’s discretion.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes to the policy via email or through an announcement on Vervotech’s website.
